I believe the best Toppings for Red Osmanthus Cookie are Crit ones. You could go for Cooldown or DMG Resist, but you could also go for full HP and find decent substats like HP, Cooldown or ATK.
Topping option #1 (RECOMMENDED):- 5x Fragrant Apple Jelly with Cooldown (mandatory), ATK (mandatory), HP
- 5x Juicy Apple Jelly with Cooldown (mandatory), ATK (mandatory), HP
- 5x Fragrant Chocolate with Cooldown (mandatory), ATK (mandatory), HP
- 5x Swift Chocolate with Cooldown (mandatory), ATK (mandatory), HP
- 5x Fragrant Almond with Cooldown (mandatory), ATK (mandatory), HP

As an alternative, you could also try a tanky build, with the Fragrant Almond or Fragrant Caramel Toppings. Otherwise, you can go for Healthy Peanuts, like I did. I like to try out new builds, and if I find something better (when I use her), I will update this guide.
Red Osmanthus Cookie's best Beascuit setup
Give your Red Osmanthus Cookie a Legendary Light Beascuit, with HP, Cooldown or ATK. It's pretty simple, actually - if you hit a lot of HP on your Beascuit, go for full Cooldown Toppings, and if you have a lot of Cooldown or ATK/ATK Speed on the Beascuit, go for some tanky stats on the Toppings.
The ideal stats are a mix of the following:

- HP
- ATK
- ATK Speed
