Choco Drizzle Cookie is an Ambush cookie, placed in the Middle line. She is an Epic cookie, and at the time of release, she can only be acquired via the Neon Sign event. There is no other way to get her Soulstones at the moment.Skill:

| Choco Drizzle Cookie hides amidst the shadows and applies a Penumbral Mark and Consuming Darkness upon the farthest enemy (targets Cookies first), then deals a series of 8 hits to the target and nearby enemies. If the target has a Penumbral Mark, it will trigger Drizzle Strike, dealing additional damage. If the Penumbral Mark is on a Cookie, it will carry over to the nearest Cookie after the original target is eliminated, decreasing Choco Drizzle Cookie's remaining Cooldown. The Cooldown decrease can trigger up to 3 times per battle. If the Penumbral Mark is on a non-Cookie target, the carry-over effect and a decrease in Cooldown will not be triggered. If an enemy's HP falls below a certain level, Choco Drizzle Cookie will identify their weakness and perform Drizzle Strike immediately, dealing greater damage. This effect can trigger only once for each enemy. Upon using her skill, Choco Drizzle Cookie will prioritize targets with a Penumbral Mark, ignoring any taunt effects. | |

The best Toppings for Choco Drizzle Cookie
Choco Drizzle Cookie needs ATK Toppings. Ideally, she needs Cooldown and ATK, but as far as her Toppings go, you can reliably give her Raspberries.
- 5x Iris Gem Raspberry with ATK (mandatory), DMG Resist, Cooldown
- 5x Searing Raspberry with ATK (mandatory), DMG Resist, Cooldown
Choco Drizzle Cookie's best Beascuit setup
I find that the Tainted Dark Crispy Beascuit on Choco Drizzle Cookie works best. From this, she will get 20% flat Dark DMG, and in addition to that, you can aim for even more ATK and some DMG Resist. You can also keep some Cooldown if you manage to hit a maxed-out Cooldown stat.

If you don't have the Tainted Dark Crispy Beascuit available, you can go for a simple Legendary Resolute Crispy Beascuit or even a classic Legendary Crispy Beascuit. However, if you go for the Resolute one, try getting 2x Dark DMG or even 3x Dark DMG if possible.
