Bethesda is joining in on all the tricks and treats this season as Halloween comes to The Elder Scrolls: Castles. More than themed decor you can get your hands on, you can also enjoy limited-time events and some highly anticipated features to get things going.

In the latest update to The Elder Scrolls: Castles, you can expect to discover new narratives with the Witch Festival event. Running from now until November 4th, the six-part series will welcome Morga the Witch to your Castle along with special quests and lots of intriguing twists.

Of course, this also comes with themed decor such as the Witch’s Brew and the Creepy Curiosities, as well as the Gargoyle Statue, Hallowjack Lanterns and Bone Throne to name a few.

As for the quality-of-life updates, you can now feed your competitive spirit while comparing your progress with your online buddies. The leaderboard system lets you check how your own score is faring against others, because isn't ruling over your domain more thrilling when you're vying for bragging rights too?

By the way, just in time for Halloween, you can now bring your dead subjects back from the grave using Soul Gems, obtainable from Legendary Loot Boxes and Heirlooms. And finally, you can now link accounts for true cross-platform play!
