It certainly pays to have friends in Monopoly Go this season - especially when those aforementioned buddies are friends in high places. Scopely has just dropped a star-studded trailer with Will Ferrell, Jason Momoa, Keke Palmer, and Chris Pratt spicing things up as you pass GO.
In the latest "Friendship Pays" campaign for Monopoly Go, you can experience Will Ferrell lending his vocal chops to Mr Monopoly himself, with Momoa aka “Momoney”, Palmer aka “Keke GoGo”, and Pratt aka “Extra Chrispy” adding to the madcap mayhem of the franchise's "GOville".
The long-term campaign will highlight the chaotic fun of stealing fortunes and nabbing hard-earned rewards across dice rolls where friendships will be tested. Expect to catch the same humour across more than 20 original videos that will roll out on TV, streaming, and digital platforms, as crafted in partnership with the Omelet creative agency and directed by Henry Scholfield.
According to Jamie Berger, SVP of Marketing for Monopoly Go at Scopely, “Our new creative spots and incredibly talented cast capture the emotional rollercoaster of playing the game, where friends turn into rivals and then friends again, with just a roll of the dice. And, who better to anchor the fun than the world’s most beloved and eccentric mogul, voiced by the one and only Will Ferrell?”
