Chill invites you to pause for a while with a little bit of mindfulness, out now on iOS and Android
  • Mindfulness app with mini-games
  • Ambient soundscapes and soothing music
  • Daily mental health journal

We all need to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life, especially in this chaotic world we live in today - and Infinity Games seems to know exactly how to do just that with Chill. As you might have guessed from the title, this mindfulness app invites you to kick back, relax, and learn how to manage your stress - and given that the holidays are just around the corner, it's not a bad idea to dive right into this.

In Chill, you can look forward to indulging in a little bit of "me time" with this so-called "relaxation companion". Not only does this handy tool help you navigate through the treacherous waters of your own stress levels, but it also helps you improve your focus to keep you productive.

Of course, all work and no play isn't very ideal, so Chill also encourages you to relax via different interactive techniques and haptics. Sound plays a huge role here as well, it seems, as you can enjoy soothing soundscapes and plenty of ambient sounds throughout mini-games to help you wind down at the end of a busy day.

The app also learns your behaviour the more you use it to tailor-fit your experience with daily recommendations, offering a mental health score you can keep track of to monitor how well you're doing.

According to Robson Siebel, Head of Design at Infinity Games, "Chill is a sanctuary in your pocket. By combining proven techniques with engaging interactivity, we’re offering users a daily escape that feels natural, soothing, and truly impactful."

If you're eager to give it a go, head on over to the official Instagram to learn more. If you're on the hunt for something similar, you can also have a look at our list of the most relaxing games on Android to get your fill!
