You might think that tower defence games are a dime a dozen these days, but in Nighty Knight, there's a particular little twist that adds a ticking time bomb to your strategy. As you might have guessed from the title, things take a sinister turn when night falls over the land - while you can build your defences while the sun is up, you'll need to make sure your forces are up to the task when the sun sets and the forces of darkness rush in.

In Nighty Knight, you can look forward to buffing up your defences with a variety of towers, units, and weapons across a lovely fantasy world. The visuals look absolutely adorable to me - at least, based on the trailer and the screenshots released online.

There's even a blob-like thingy with a crown who looks suspiciously like a plump Mr Pringles. I mean, I have no idea who that is and why he's there, but I am all for it.

There are more than 40 enemies to contend with, along with over 15 different heroes to recruit to build your army.
