Infinity Nikki Beginners Guide - Getting started in Miraland

Infinity Nikki is a massive game, with so much to do and explore! It can be a bit overwhelming at first, and you might not feel like you are heading in the right direction. So, we have compiled a beginner's guide to help you when you feel like you might be a bit lost or unsure of what to do. 

Tip #1 - Follow the main storyline

Whenever you run out of activities to do or find yourself wandering around aimlessly, you can always go back to the main storyline. This is what is going to unlock the most abilities and what is going to drive the narrative forward. You can go into your Pear-Pal and select Quests, then tap Main to see what your current Main Storyline Quest is. Often there is a "To Target Interface" button and a "Track" button, which can both guide you and help you figure out if you need to do something within a menu!

Tip #2 - Do your Dailies

Within the menu of your Pear-Pal, after the tutorial, there is a place called Daily Wishes. You can gain a bunch of resources through this, as it's like a daily login. It's also worth checking your Courses tab in your Pear-Pal and collecting any rewards there. This upgrades your status as a Stylist and can also give you ideas of what targets to aim for.

Tip #3 - Keep an Eye Out

A lot of things can be found by just keeping your eyes peeled while exploring! If you see someone with a ! or ? above their heads, you might be able to get a Random Quest by interacting with them. If something sparkles, you can likely pick it up (and you always need more resources for crafting!). You also can see monsters ahead of them seeing you, if you spot them first. You can use Momo's Vision to have him keep an eye out for Whimstars too. There are also things like Chests that can be found, dotted around.

Tip #4 - Utilize your Map

You are able to place down little markers on your map, to mark areas! You can use this to put down areas of interest so that you don't lose them later. I don't mean stuff that has to do with quests, but instead, shops you might want to go back to when you have a bit more Bling or an area that always seems to have a specific animal you might need resources from.

Tip #5 - Test Different Outfits

Through crafting and creating different looks, you can actually change how the world around you works. There are subtle details in the way animals get spooked by you or how others react to you, based on the outfits you create. You will unlock sketches for various little accessories, and it's worth crafting and diving into them!

Tip #6 - Use Momo's Vision

Whenever you are moving around, tap Momo's Vison just in case there is a Whimstar or some sort of challenge nearby. This is a simple one, but it can really make a difference when it comes to noticing everything around you! Momo's Vision can only be used when you are standing on the ground.

Infinity Nikki is a cosy, open-world game where you can primarily do anything you want! It's quite fun to dive into, and with so much to explore, you'll never be likely to get bored.
