Genshin Impact introduces the nation of Natlan in upcoming 5.0 update

Genshin Impact version 5.0, and its introduction of the hotly-anticipated nation of Natlan, is right around the corner! In fact, for those of you tired of waiting, you'll be happy to know that MiHoYo has confirmed that the update drops on August 28th.
You won't be able to get your hands on Natlan all at once of course, as MiHoYo is teasing out the six tribes, with three (Children of Echoes, Scions of the Canopy, People of the Springs) arriving in this update. The characters debuting are Kinich (5-star, Dendro, Claymore), Mualani (5-star, Hydro, Catalyst) and Kachina (4-star, Geo, Polearm), but it's not just them being added either!
You'll be able to explore the new biomes, as well as transform into Natlan's saurian creatures, allowing you to perform feats like climbing cliffs or burrowing underground. And even that's not all! Check out the new anime trailer below to see even more of the nation of Natlan.
I've never been much of a Genshin Impact player, but from what little I've seen I do find it interesting that MiHoYo realises how many people enjoy exploration and movement in their games. Say what you like about the gacha element, but at the very least there's plenty of underlying fun seeming to be had in the game on its own.
