Sky: Children of the Light to collab with the famous Moomins
To Moominvalley we go

- Sky: Children of the Light is set to collab with the famous Finnish franchise the Moomins
- These adorable critters have been warming the hearts of fans around the world for decades
- And now you'll be able to meet them in Season of the Moomin!
Family-friendly MMORPG Sky: Children of the Light is set to engage in a rare collab, and rather fittingly it's with another longtime all-ages favourite, the Moomins. These Finnish critters and their adventures have warmed the hearts of both domestic and international audiences over the decades, and in Season of the Moomin, you'll be able to adventure with them first-hand!
Season of the Moomin will follow the story of Ninny, one of the series' characters in a story named The Invisible Child. Each week of the collab will unveil more of her story, exploring themes of trauma, healing and self-acceptance. Heavy stuff for sure, but fitting for the surprisingly introspective and philosophical Moomin series.
The Season of the Moomin starts today and lasts until December 29th, giving you plenty of time to engage with all the new content, as you take on the role of a butterfly to guide Ninny from a world of monochrome grey back to vibrant colour, symbolising her own journey.

It's rather fitting that the Moomins are one of the rare collabs for Sky: Children of the Light. Despite being heavily aimed towards children, the Moomins have also resonated with people of all ages, and the series itself has dealt with some rather heavy themes. Suitably then, the crossover isn't merely cosmetic, but hopefully quite meaningful too.
